You can access the Party system located at the bottom-center of the screen and open the party menu.
Invite up to 3 (three) other players to form a powerful party!
Together they will receive EXP, Vocation EXP, Paragon EXP, Pirate Coins and Item Drop bonuses.
The bonus received is proportional to the number of online members.
