You can speed up the repair of your boat by using

The higher the Level of your boat, the more Diamonds are required to repair it.

HP — Your boat's HP conditions.
Fuel — Your boat's fuel conditions.
Speed — Current speed of your boat.
Nautical Vouchers — Use it to receive missions in seaports.
Pirate Coin — Use to upgrade your boat, buy or trade them at the Broken Rod Store.
Barrels — Use to upgrade your boat, buy or trade them at the Broken Rod Store.
